We have been working within the lighting and lamp repair industry for over 15 years and bring a high level of experience to every job. While we take every possible step to handle items with care, unexpected accidents can happen. We therefore cannot guarantee that accidental damage to your item will never occur, whether in transit or in our workshop.

If you choose to leave your lamp with a neighbour, or instruct us to leave it in a designated safe place, this is done entirely at your own risk. Martin’s Lamp Repairs cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur while an item is left unattended. All items are accepted at the owner’s discretion, and in the unlikely event your item is damaged, Martin’s Lamp Repairs takes no responsibility.

We may also photograph or record images of lamps, fittings, or related items before, during, or after repair for marketing and promotional purposes. These images may appear on our website, social media pages, or in press and advertising materials. Where suitable, we may include the customer or business name, logo, website links, social media tags, and hashtags for credit and exposure. We will never share personal details or use any image in a misleading or defamatory way.
