- Drop your light off at our workshop
- Join our fortnightly collection & return service,
- Or simply post it to us
choose whichever option is most convenient for you.
If we have any questions, we’ll contact you before completing the agreed repairs.
Once finished, your light will be fully safety tested and checked before it leaves our workshop.
We’ll let you know once your light(s) are ready and will send you a payment link.
You can then book a workshop collection, have it returned on our fortnightly collection & return service, or we’ll arrange return postage where applicable.
