From there we will send u an estimate and other information about the drop off location and Sunday fortnightly collection  Service. 

To  keep  things  easy breezy, That way we can keep track on who's lamps belong to who, As well as share information on  Estimates , the drop off point, when your  lamp is  ready  and payment information. 

Firstly please remove the lampshade, bulb and any removable parts from your light before handing it to us ( unless this is part of the problem) .

We always advise to wrap your lamp in bubble wrap, an old towel or  protective cloth to avoid any scuffs or marks.

Attaching your mobile number  to your  lamp isn't essential but is very Helpful.
