If you’d like to post your light(s) to us, please ensure they are well protected 

wrap them snugly in bubble wrap (or similar padding) and, where possible, double-box them with packing material between the boxes for extra protection.

Please do not include the lamp shade, bulb, or any easily removable or fragile parts, as these are not required for the repair and may get damaged in transit.
