If you'd like to post your light(s) to us, please ensure they are packaged securely to help prevent damage during transit.

We recommend wrapping each light snugly in bubble wrap (or similar protective padding) and packing the box tightly so there is no movement inside during transit.   

Where possible, use a double-boxing method, with additional packing material placed between the inner and outer boxes for extra protection.

Please do not include the lamp shade, bulb, or any easily removable or fragile parts unless they are required for the repair, as they may be damaged during transit.
