Collection & Returns

Please check our calendar below for the next collection day.

Collections are usually carried out on Sundays, though depending on the list, they may be scheduled for Friday or Saturday instead.

You will be notified of your collection slot on the Wednesday or Thursday prior to the collection day. If the allocated slot doesn’t work for you, your lamp can be collected from a neighbour, or left in a safe place (Example;front garden or porch) securely placed in a black bin liner.

On the day of collection.

 Please remove the bulb, lampshade, and any easily detachable parts we don't need to fix your lights.
 

If you wish, you may pack, wrap, or bag your lamp to help keep it protected and ready for collection.
 

We aim to return your repaired lamps within 10 working days, on the following collection/return round.
